2025 SWIMMING POOL SEASON
Pool Season (Glen/Park): May 17, 2025 – September 2, 2025
Pool Hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
KEY FOB: Only one (1) key fob is provided per household (DO NOT DISCARD). You may be requested, at any time, to show it to the lifeguard, or any resident, to confirm your residency. Please make sure you keep the fob in your home, easily accessible to all family members that will be visiting the pool and tennis courts. Key fobs are activated and deactivated each year based on homeowner payment of their HOA dues. Please make sure that your key fob works before May 17th.
MEMBERS WITHOUT THEIR KEY FOB WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE COMMUNITY AMMENTIES.
If you are a homeowner and lose or misplace your key fob, a replacement can be purchased for $25.00 by contacting Sixes Management via the homeowner’s portal, Cinc Web Axis (www.sixes.cincwebaxis.com). If you are a renter/tenant, please contact your landlord to obtain a key fob. Key fobs are NOT mailed and must be picked up at the Sixes Management Office located at 2230 Towne Lake Parkway, Bldg. 500, Woodstock, GA 30189. POOL REMINDERS
- No glass or sharp objects are allowed in the pool area.
- Unattended swimming (swimming alone) is prohibited for your safety.
- All people using the pool do so at their own risk.
- No running, pushing or boisterous activity is allowed in or around the pool.
- Diving is not permitted in any area of the pool. Diving is defined as jumping headfirst, in any fashion, into the pool.
- The pool (anywhere inside the fenced pool area) is NON-SMOKING. This includes vaping.
- Medically necessary guide dogs are the only animals permitted in the pool areas.
- Private events that restrict access to other homeowners are not permitted.
- Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age.
- Guests must be accompanied by their hosting homeowner; each residence is limited to five (5) guests.
- Children in diapers must wear swim diapers and rubber pants while in the pool.
- Please lower/close umbrellas when you are done visiting the pool.
NOTICE: Any personal items that are left in the pool area will be placed in the Lost & Found box. All unclaimed items in the Lost & Found box will be disposed of on the 15th of every month. To avoid loss of valuables & personal property, please ensure that you have all your belongings with you when you leave the pool area.
Please be cautious when opening/closing the pool gate and do not allow non-residents to enter the amenity areas. We also ask that you refrain from allowing access to non-homeowners and non-paying homeowners for the benefit of all members of the association.
Lastly, please review these expectations with all members of your household so that everyone may have a safe and enjoyable pool season.
