Kingsgate Community News for Homeowners – July 2024

As you may know, our community is supported by a management company – Access Management Group (AMG).  You may have previously sent inquiries or questions to Bob Leftwich or Barbara Mercurio.

After many years of service to the Kingsgate Community, Bob Leftwich has retired from AMG – and it is well deserved!  Barbara Mercurio has decided to pursue another opportunity outside of AMG.

Over the past few weeks, the Board has been acclimating ourselves to a new AMG manager.  Her name is Amy O’Brien, and she has many years of experience with property management services.

With change comes change!

Effective immediately, if you have any issues to report or questions, you will submit those via AMG’s Vantaca portal.  Once received, the team working with Amy O’Brien will address your concern(s). This will replace anything you previously emailed to Bob Leftwich or Barbara Mercurio. Requests or inquiries can no longer be accepted via email.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AMG’s VANTACA PORTAL CAN ONLY BE ACCESSED BY HOMEOWNERS (renter/tenant see below section for instructions).

AMG’s Vantaca portal Support Options Include:
General Questions – including Reporting issues or concerns, Amenity Device Requests (fobs) or fob Issues, ARC/ACC Home Modification Requests, Online Payment, Elect Your Communication Preferences, View Your Personal Account Details and see all association documents along with a status list of your questions and requests.

For portal access, please visit https://portal.accessmgt.com/login. If you have forgotten your password or login, please select “Forgot Your Login” and you can begin the process to reset.

If you have not yet registered for your online portal, please email info@accessmgt.com for assistance.

Once logged into AMG’s Vantaca portal, you may start your request process by clicking on “Requests” selection on the left side of the page.  You can also take advantage of the FAQs and the Help options, as well as short videos on how to navigate the portal.  They are also available on the left side of the page.

Once completed, you will receive an email confirming your request.

Renter/Tenant

If you are not the homeowner (a renter/tenant), you can either ask your homeowner to submit requests related to the association or community at large or YOU can send an email to info@accessmgt.com – this is the general email address for AMG.  In the subject line of your email, please include “KINGSGATE” for quicker routing.  Please note that all key fob requests must come directly from the homeowner as there is a cost incurred.   Any concerns about the home you rent must be directed to the homeowner or their agent. 

Nobody likes to change, and we get it!  We do appreciate your participation in this new process.  It will provide the Board with transparency of issues/requests, as well as being able to improve any current processes.
