Kingsgate Subdivision FOOD DRIVE – Dec. 12, 2025

Santa will be coming soon!!

On Santa’s way to the North Pole, he will be stopping by Kingsgate to visit all of his fans on Friday evening, December 12 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm in the parking lot by The Park pavilion.

There will be a tent with tables/chairs where families can come to see Santa and socialize with your fellow neighbors. Crafts for the children and hot cocoa and snacks will also be served! Please feel free to take your own pictures of your children with Santa.

Set up for this event will begin on Thursday, December 11 and there will be very limited parking in the parking lot.

In coordination with Santa’s visit, there will also be a collection bin for our local community food drive organization, Never Alone. There are so many needy families at this time and Santa would love for you to bring some items that can be distributed. Please see the listing of needed items.

So, make sure you put it on your calendar to stop by and see Santa and if you are able, to donate items to Never Alone.

Kingsgate Community News for Homeowners – September 2024

Our community will be changing over to a new property management company effective 10-1-24. Our new company will be Sixes Management Group, located in Woodstock. This change is being made for several reasons. More availability to communicate since they are a local company. They will be able to handle community matters swiftly and efficiently. In addition, this change will allow for new and different ideas to our system that were not available to our community before.

In the coming days you will be receiving an email as well as a letter via U.S. Mail, from Sixes Management Group. The letter will serve as an introduction as well as provide instructions for accessing the new homeowner’s portal for items such as submitting architectural requests, reporting issues, making payments, etc.
